I am so excited to share with you Stretch Sound Bath Sanctuary ? an exciting collaboration between Hannah from Good Vibrations Ribble Valley and I.
We have been busy working away behind the scenes on this project for MONTHS – so we can’t wait to share our journey with you!
We hope to bring you a wholehearted collaboration for the mind and body. Through Hannah’s Sound Therapy and Amy’s fitness background, we create beautiful spaces to explore, relax and move as a whole being. We do classes and retreats – there is something for everyone who is looking for a little ‘me time’. We share locally sourced produce, brought together, to give you an experience for the mind and body.

Online Retreat – Make Your Home A Sanctuary
We have our first online retreat Make Your Home A Sanctuary, via a Private Facebook group 29th July – 1st August, all content and sessions will be available for catch up for up to a week following the retreat.
