“There is beauty everywhere – you just have to look for it”

At Stretch Sound Bath Sanctuary, we are a collaboration of two business – Hannah, at Good Vibrations Wellbeing and Amy, at Ochil Green Studio

Our paths first crossed at the beginning of 2020 and we began collaborating together in May. We can’t wait to share our journey with you, as we look forward to bringing you a wholehearted collaboration for the mind and body. Through Hannah’s Sound Therapy and Amy’s fitness background, we create beautiful spaces to explore, relax and move as a whole being.  We provide monthly classes – there is something for everyone, anyone who’s looking for a little ‘me time’.  We share locally sourced produce brought together to give you an experience for the mind and body.

Did you know that stretching calms the mind whilst relieving tension, a perfect way to bring yourself into a Sound Bath to really make the most of the experience.

Classes: Our classes aim to provide a beautiful space for you to unwind and connect as a whole being. A journey and experience for the mind and body. We begin with a flowing Pilates based stretch led by Amy, we then transition into Movement accompanied by the Sound Bath as we move with beautiful music. Hannah then takes over bringing us in to a lovely Sound Bath using the resonant frequencies of Tibetan Bowls, Crystals Bowls, Tuning Forks, Vocals and Drums (just to name a few).   Class time ranges from 60-75 minutes. This allows you time to really unwind and breathe, away from busy day to day.  Please see below for class bookings.

Online: Look out for our Stretch Sound Bath Classes! Where we help you to Make Your Home A Sanctuary.
