Expect a cosy evening of movement and meditation at Grindleton Pavilion.
A wholesome boost for your mind, body and soul – the evening will begin with 20 minutes of stretching with Amy – feel empowered and connected to your own body. This session will then melt into movement accompanied with healing sounds before concluding with a relaxing, unwinding, dreamy Sound Bath with Hannah
Here at the Stretch Sound Bath Sanctuary, we love supporting local makers and businesses, so not only will you leave feeling balanced in your body, you will leave with a goodie box. We will be holding space after the Sound Bath for us all to chat and catch up over a steaming cup of herbal tea or hot cacao too!
All mats, eye pillows and snuggly blankets provided – all you need to do is arrive and connect to your inner, peaceful nature.
