Join us on Zoom from the comfort of your own home on Wednesday 19th August at 8pm for the perfect mid-week boost for your mind & body!

The evening will begin with 20 minutes of stretching with Amy followed by a relaxing, nurturing, rejuvenating Sound Bath by Hannah.

All you need is a cosy quiet space to precipitate – head phones or an external speaker are recommended for the sound bath.
