I am a 23 year old competitive road cyclist currently riding for Velo Performance Women’s Road Cycling Team. I’m in my 10th year of racing, with experience of road and track disciplines. My interest in Sports massage started at College while completing my Sports and Exercise Science BTEC. Once I finished my course, I went on to complete a Level 3 sports massage qualification from The Manchester School of Massage. I have continued to grow my knowledge and skillset through CPD and further qualifications. The body is an interesting and complex system – there is always more to learn. I currently work part time to enable me to train for racing. If you would like to know more about my racing, please see my cycling section.
When I’m not on my bike you can often find me in the press area at races. I work for cycling media website CyclingShorts.cc where I write, report and interview as part of their team.
